Onie currently holds the position of Senior Director - Strategy (Africa Middle East and South Asia) at PepsiCo.

She has co-authored several thought leadership publications on the financial services landscape in Africa covering topics such as market entry strategy, trends in eCommerce and business banking, as well as customer experience excellence in banking and insurance.

Onie is a strong advocate of supporting and equipping small and medium enterprises in Africa with the skills and tools to access institutional finance to enable them dominate the African and global markets.

She holds strategy and leadership qualifications from institutions such as INSEAD, London Business School, Harvard Business School and Oxford Said Business School.
